Product description:
Track: The tracks are made from extruded 6063 - T5 anodized aluminium. The track housing shall utilize grooves and interlocking steel pins for positive alignment of adjacent track sections, and shall be reinforced overhead by drop rod brackets. Aluminum track housing shall include an integral nut slot to accept a hardened square nut for attaching each drop rod bracket to the top of the track.
Panels: The Panels will be made from 12 mm MDF boards and shall be 100 mm thick and 1230 mm maximum width, made to the appropriate acoustic rating and structural backing and mounted in full perimeter extruded aluminium frames with interlocking corner construction .The panel faces shall be finished with selected material.
Panel Surface Finish: The panel surface will be as per the clients requirement finished either in Sliwal factory – China or by
others . The normal finish such as:laminate,veneer,melamine,fabric etc.
Seals: Vinyl seal of butane rubber will be used as top and bottom and as well as closure seals for the operable wall
system.Retractable seal drop will be 23 mm.

Pass door self-lock system:
You can choose to open a door in the partition or not, depending on your needs. Our pass door self-lock system using strong spring press device to fix the pass door (door-in-door) instead of the fixing method with ground spike that can be destory the land.

3. Q: Is the movable partition acoustic (soundproof)?
A: Yes, our movable wall system is soundproof. We have different acoustic material fillings and various sound absorbing panels to achieve different acoustic ratings. For the 65 series we can reach 45db, for the 80 type we can reach 48db, the 85 type can reach 50db, for the 100 type we can reach 50db.
4.Q: How to install an active partition? Is it difficult to complete?
A: It is not difficult to install our active partitions. Our active partition is a hanging rail type moving wall that does not require any ground track. Therefore the hanging rail structure will be very important. We have very detailed drawings and videos showing how to install, so your employees just need to follow them step by step.
5.Q: Do you provide sample?
A: Yes, and the sample is free, you just pay the express delivery fee is ok.
6.Q: What is your payment terms?
A : 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit when confirmed the order and balance paid by T/T before loading container, or irrevocable L/C at sight.
7. Q : What is your warranty ? What do we do in case of problems?
A : 3 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation.In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if not stocking, the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 10- 15 days.
