3. How are the Minimum Order Quantity ?
A: For usual order, we set MOQ for each Item in the price list. For customized order, It depend on the design of product. It is negotiable.
4. Can I get a sample before Mass order ?
A: Yes, we offer the sample by basic cost of making sample, and will return all the cost of sample while the client place Mass order to factory.
5. What is the lead time for order?
A: For sample order, it need about 7 days. For our usual products, 15days for one container order. For customized order, 25days for one container order.
6. Do you provide after-sale service?
A: We will respond it within 24 hours while get the complaints. And we will track the production record and report to QC department as soon as possible. We will take the full responsibility for quality problems. And try our best to help client to solve the problems.
